General Meeting of Unitholders
Pursuant to the provisions of the Act on Investment Trusts, certain matters regarding CRE Logistics REIT (including modifications to regulations and appointment/dismissal of executive directors, supervisory directors or accounting auditors) shall be decided on by the General Meeting of Unitholders, which is composed of CRE Logistics REIT’s unitholders.
The General Meeting of Unitholders of CRE Logistics REIT shall be held in Tokyo as a rule.
