We have a Japanese real estate company that specializes in logistics facilities as our sponsor and are embarked on steady asset management as a unique real estate investment corporation specializing in logistics facilities.

In recent years, an urgent management challenge for businesses has been to increase the efficiency and sophistication of logistics operations on the back of a chronic shortage of truck drivers and part-time workers handling warehouse operations and fast-growing demand for home-delivery services. Against this backdrop, there has been extremely high demand for logistics facilities in strategic locations and with outstanding functionality, reflecting growth in the third-party logistics market as well as the e-commerce market based on use of the internet and mail-order services.

CRE, Inc. (“CRE”), our sponsor, has conducted real estate business with property owners, logistics operaters and shippers in Japanese logistics real estate market for more than 50 years since its founding in 1964. We will strive to ensure asset management that secures long-term stable profit and meets the expectations of our investors by collaborating with CRE, which features Japanese largest tenant list, through management of numerous facilities, and investing in high-quality logistics facilities that meet tenants’ needs.
